Update, April 8, 2025:
As a result of integration, Web Technologies' ticketing system is changing to ODU’s ServiceNow ticketing system. This means that the ticket submission process is also changing. As of April 30, 2025, please submit all requests to vhswebmaster@odu.edu to ensure we address your issue promptly.
Be as specific as possible when requesting assistance and (where applicable) please provide a link to the actual page.
In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system.
Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
If you do not receive a confirmation email that your ticket has been submitted, please send us an email.
