How can I access help guides and training documentation?

You can find tutorial videos in myPortal under Administrative Services > Marketing & Communications > Web Technologies. Select the "Terminal Four Documentation" link on the right-hand side to access videos.
TerminalFour also has extensive documentation. Log into T4 and hover over the dark gray Help tab, and chose Community (you may want to open this in a new tab). Select the Documentation icon (a big leaf) and choose 7.4 & 7.3 in the box with the warning icon (!).
